Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waste and Linen Porter to help ensure a safe and efficient hospital environment. Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Movement:

Ensure the timely and safe transport of linen and waste throughout the hospital.Quality Control: Conduct daily checks to maintain quality standards and keep stock levels in check.Patient Engagement: Foster a positive experience for patients and their families through empathetic communication.Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with nursing staff and colleagues to resolve logistics challenges efficiently.Safety First: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols while handling clinical waste and linen.What We're Looking For:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with patients, staff, and suppliers.Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: A caring approach to patient interactions, ensuring they feel supported and valued.organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast–paced environment.Initiative & Flexibility: Proactive in addressing tasks and adapting to changing service needs.Additional Requirements:

Valid driving licence; experience driving electric vehicles is a plus.Basic proficiency in Microsoft programmes.Physical capability to lift and move heavy items, as well as operate specialised equipment.What We Offer:
