Customer Care Coordinator

GBP30–35,000 25 days leave + bank holidays Flexible working hours available Will consider full or part time (minimum 3 days per week) A leading interior finishing contractor in Milton Keynes is seeking Customer Care Coordinator to streamline their processes.

They specialise in high–quality dry lining and partitioning for developers and are known for their strong reputation and established relationships.

You will enjoy working from privately owned offices, with an experienced, close–knit team. The MD is supportive and values employee well–being and staff retention is excellent.

The role – Customer Care Coordinator

As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of service throughout the process.

Duties will include

Communication – Acting as the main point of contact for customers, communicating effectively to address inquiries, concerns, and provide updates on project status. Appointment Management – Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly. Issue Resolution – Addressing any issues or complaints that arise during or after the project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. Documentation – Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and issues, you will be sending variation orders, booking the work in, and generating invoices for chargeable services. Collaboration – Working closely with the Managing Director and Contracts Manager to streamline processes and improve customer care functions. The right person
