Pre 12 Weeks: 13.00 per hour Post 12 Weeks: 13.00– 17.57 per hour (depending on shifts/weekends)

Shift Patterns: 07:30–15 30–22 45–07:45

Are you a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant looking for consistent hours and a role where you can truly make a difference?

ASA Recruitment is expanding our team in Glenrothes and Cupar, supporting local authority care homes with dedicated staff who go the extra mile.

We are specifically looking for people who can commit to 20+ hours per week, with plenty of additional shifts available if you'd like them.

Every placement also has the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

What you'll do:

Provide high–quality personal care, emotional support, and companionship to older adults, helping them feel safe, supported, and valued.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 6 months recent experience in a care setting

Updated PVG, or willingness to update

SSSC registration or working towards it

Friendly, professional, and dependable

No driving licence required – all placements are local to Glenrothes and Cupar
