TGB Sunningdale Wooden Summerhouse
Wooden summerhouse, it's well maintained and solid but needs a little TLC.
It is 10ft x 8ft in size.
The bottom section on two of the window frames has rotted due to water ingress and needs replaced.
A couple of pieces on one side have warped & have a ¼ round section screwed on to avoid water getting in.
Needs to be dismantled and taken away by the buyer.
It's screwed together so shouldn't be difficult to disassemble though would need a van or flatbed truck for transport.
Currently selling for £3k new.
Reduced to £600 for quick sale.
