Game of Thrones x Monopoly Board Game [German Edition]

Never played before Game of Thrones x Monopoly board game - German edition.
Note: Everything is in German!! You can use Google Translate if you don't understand the language, but would also make a good collectible item.

Box has some wear as seen in photos, but besides that, it hasn't been played before with game pieces still in bag & cardboard coins yet to be popped out of the cardboard sheet. Cards have been removed from the shrink wrap plastic. However, all cards are present.

Includes gameboard, 6 tokens, 28 Title Deed cards, Iron Throne card holder with musical stand, 32 Chance cards, 32 holdfasts, 12 castles, 2 dice, 95 cardboard coins (42 gold dragons, 53 silver stags), and game guide.
2 to 6 players
2 x 1.5V AA Alkaline batteries required. Demo batteries included - still able to play the GoT theme song when you press the button (at the time of writing this).
