The Role

Are you an experienced Service Engineer who takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time?

Our Service Engineers are essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers, assisting with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report on installation metrics, performance, and KPIs.Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standardsTo demonstrate & explain correct product care to customersBe customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customerMaking sure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completedCompleting service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, "Right First Time" approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointmentsAccurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device What We're Looking For

Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environmentBe able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based roleA willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working weekGood time management skillsGood communication skillsA full driving license Why Join Us?
