7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday, 7.30am - 12.30pm Friday

Permanent Position

GI Pro are recruiting for both a CNC Miller and a CNC Turner for our precision engineering client based in Nottingham. The role will involve programming, setting and operating a variety of machinery.

The role:

You will be programming, setting and operating either milling or turning machines (online)

Using Mazatrol controls, but other control usage will be accepted.

Carrying out self-inspection of work to ensure quality

Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings

Producing bespoke and low batch work components

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Person Specification:

CNC Milling or CNC Turning experience is essential

Programming experience would be preferred, however strong setting and operating experience would be accepted

Ideally worked with Mazatrol controls but not essential

Ability to work from technical drawings and use measurement tools

Positive and pro-active approach
