Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Building Surveyor to join our Building & Project Consultancy team in Bristol, who can deliver clear, commercial advice and help develop the profile of our growing team.

This is an opportunity to work on a range of instructions including, among others, Contract Administration, Planned Maintenance, Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Development Monitoring, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Condition Schedules, and Party Wall Matters.

We would like this person to play an active role in developing existing relationships and to grow new clients and opportunities both within the business and externally

Team Overview

We are a proactive team of building surveyors and project managers in Bristol and Cardiff, consisting of two Directors, one Associate Director, two Associates, one Surveyor and two Graduate Surveyors.

The team has a broad range of clients, landlord and occupiers, and work on a variety of fast paced and interesting instructions across all sectors.
