Location: Corby

We are currently recruiting an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Corby, specialising in irrigation equipment. This is a great opportunity for long-term, stable work in a busy workshop environment.

Pay

16.21 per hour

Overtime paid at 24.31 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00

Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

The Role

MIG welding mild steel (1mm - 15mm)Welding thin and thick sectionsWorking with and without jigsProducing strong, water-tight weldsReading and working from engineering drawingsPreparing materials and setting up equipmentInspecting welds to ensure quality standardsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentMeeting production targets and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience as a MIG WelderConfident welding mild steel across varying thicknessesAbility to read engineering drawingsStrong attention to detailReliable and able to work as part of a teamFlexible for overtime when requiredBenefits
