Maintenance Engineer required for a well-established and successful manufacturer based in the Cullompton area. Founded over 200 years ago, this company can offer long term job security. To apply for this role, you will be an experienced Electrical Engineer with knowledge and experience of 3 phase electrics but can come from any electrical background. Additional mechanical experience on hydraulic and pneumatic systems would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance on a range of heavy machinery and equipment. The company are dedicated to preventative maintenance and one week in four is dedicated completely to this. You will work with single phase, 3 phase electrics and drives. Some of the machinery is PLC driven so you will work with control systems but experience on this is not essential.
When required, you will also be involved in carrying out electrical work around the facility such as working with the lighting and cameras.
