26,000 – 28,000 Starting Salary + Salary Reviews + Top of the Range Company Van + Life Insurance + Medical Cash Back + 20+8 days starting rising to 40 Days Holiday with Service + Profit Based Bonus (Paid 9% in 2025)

Workshop and Home Based, Covering the South UK, Commutable from Gloucester, Bristol, Filton, Chepstow, Swindon, Cirencester and surrounding areas

This role will suit an aspiring Field Service Technician looking for the opportunity to be heavily invested in and shadow experienced engineers whilst covering a local area, rare stays away and the ability to increase your earnings through overtime all whilst working towards becoming a senior engineer.

The Role:

Service, Maintenance and Repair of Commercial Plant Rooms and Swimming Pool Systems

Covering a local area with no stays away, with 1 in 5 on–Call Rota ( 100 per day + 150 per callout + Overtime)

Full product training in house and from original equipment experts.

The Person:

Holds a UK Drivers Licence
