Role & Responsibilities:

Provide electrical and mechanical support across production and packaging linesDiagnose and repair faults quickly to minimize downtimePerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and continuous improvement taskSupport integration of new equipment and technologyCollaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain performance and safety standardsKnowledge, Skills & Experience:

Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent (minimum NVQ Level 3)Strong fault-finding, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance skillsKnowledge of health, safety, and quality standardsTeam player with good communication skills, self-motivated, and adaptableExperience in FMCG, Food, Pharmaceutical, or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with RCM, FMEA, PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi) and automated equipmentProject improvement and multi-disciplinary engineering experiencePackage and Benefits:
