FM Project Manager - Electrical

Description

FM Project Manager - Electrical - Passive Fire Protection and Defects - Birmingham - cGBP60k. Initially a 2 year FTC.

You will take the lead role in supporting the delivery of Passive Fire Protection remediation works and defects across a large NHS site. As part of this you will be expected to take full accountability including P&L for the delivery of all PFP related Projects and defect works at this fully operational site.

You will work with the original build main contractor (who has around 200 staff on site) to authorise and carry out safe isolations where requested and applicable.

Your role will be fundamental to supporting the Head of Projects in delivering the PFP programme of works and meeting the business targets along with closing out the key defects. You will need to show leadership with the team the stakeholders at all times as there will be an expectation to support the delivery of the PFP workstream, you will also be expected to cover the HOP if away from the contract.
