Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and support the successful delivery of our electrical projects.
The Role
The Electrical Supervisor will play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will oversee electrical works on site, supervise electricians and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical installation works in line with project specifications and requirementsSupervise and coordinate electricians and electrical subcontractorsEnsure all works comply with current BS7671 wiring regulations and safety standardsReview drawings, specifications and project documentationConduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress and safety complianceAssist with project planning, scheduling and resource allocationMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues on siteLiaise with clients, contractors and project managers to ensure effective communication and deliveryComplete electrical / MCS certification and DNO submissions. Essential Requirements
Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician roleNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalentCity & Guilds th Edition Wiring Regulations City & Guilds2391 Inspection and TestingSolar PV installationEV Charger installationMinimum 5 years post-qualification experienceStrong knowledge of electrical installation, inspection and maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and organisational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilityFull UK Driving Licence Desirable (Training Can Be Provided)
