Maintenance Engineer -

Location: Wigan

Salary: 47,906 base salary

53,985 (including shift allowance) + Overtime

Hours: Monday-Friday, 3-Shift Rotation

Shift Pattern

Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am

Friday: 6am-12pm / 12pm-6pm / 6pm-12am

What you'll be doing

Attending breakdowns and delivering effective reactive maintenanceCarrying out planned maintenance (PM) and condition-based monitoring (CBM)Analysing equipment performance and recommending improvementsManaging spare parts and supporting operations teamsEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' maintenance/engineering experienceTime-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (HNC in Electrical Engineering beneficial)Strong electrical skills: AC/DC systems, inverters, PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilityA proactive, flexible engineer who thrives in fast-paced manufacturingIf you're an Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking great pay, strong benefits and long-term development-apply today!
