What You Will Do:

Perform assembly and refurbishment tasks on armoured vehicles, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Inspect and prepare vehicles, removing equipment, grinding, and sanding internal surfaces.

Fit and integrate new parts and equipment following manufacturing instructions and technical drawings.

Work within a small team to assemble components and meet production deadlines.

Identify and escalate any issues to the team leader, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Contribute to the company’s 5S policy by keeping the workspace organised and adhering to lean principles.

What You Will Bring:

Experience working with vehicles, within automotice, off-highway, defence or manufacturing industry.

The ability to read and interpret design drawings and manufacturing instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Familiarity with hand-held tools and an understanding of safety standards.

A proactive and collaborative attitude, thriving in a team environment.
