Due to continued success, we are now looking to recruit a Trainee Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team at our Edinburgh (Sighthill) dealership.

Essential

Confident in a customer-facing role, ideally with experience in reception or a call centre environmentHold a full UK driving licenceWell-presented and professionalHave strong communication and people skillsShow resilience, energy and a desire to succeedHave excellent attention to detailBe motivated to achieve targets and deliver outstanding serviceEnjoy working in a fast-paced, team environmentBe based within a commutable distance of our Edinburgh (Sighthill) dealership Desirable

Previous customer service, retail or hospitality experienceInterest in the automotive industryExperience working to targets or KPIs The Role

Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from arrival to collectionUnderstanding customer requirements and accurately booking vehicles for workChecking vehicle history, recalls, service plans and warranty detailsLiaising with Workshop, Parts and Sales teams to ensure timely completion of workKeeping customers updated throughout the day and gaining authority for additional workArranging courtesy cars and onward travelExplaining completed work and invoices clearly at handoverProcessing payments and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experiencePresenting and assisting customers to purchase service plans (targeted commission earnings)Obtaining & updating GDPR data for communications and marketing purposes Please only apply if you are genuinely interested in this role.
