Liaising with wholesale and retail customers in a professional and timely mannerProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyIssuing invoices and maintaining accurate order recordsProviding customer support via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channelsAnswering customer questions and resolving issues in a clear and professional mannerEnsuring customer orders are packed, processed, and dispatched on timeAssisting with packing and operational fulfilment as requiredMonitoring order progress and helping to troubleshoot delays or delivery issuesSupporting stock coordination and general supply chain managementAssisting with the movement of goods through the order fulfilment processHelping maintain accuracy across inventory, orders, and dispatch recordsWorking closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow from order receipt through to deliveryProfile

A successful Sales Order Processor should have:

Previous experience in office administration, operations, customer service, or order processingStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsConfident using email, WhatsApp, invoicing systems, and general office softwareComfortable carrying out both clerical and practical hands-on tasksAbility to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressureA proactive and solutions-focused approachExperience supporting stock control, fulfilment, or supply chain activity would be advantageousExperience working with both wholesale and retail customers is desirableJob Offer
