Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm
£25,450pa (opportunity to earn bonus after probation - approx £1800 per annum if team targets reached
Our client, a successful organisation based in Rugby, is looking for a Commercial Sales Advisor to join their busy team. This role would be suitable for someone with some customer service experience who is looking to further their career.
The key responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:
* Working with long-term existing clients and new business clients, offering insurance policies for anything from hotels to small businesses
* Following up on Internet Leads/Quotes by telephone - no cold calling
* Administering insurance policies and associated admin
* Arranging payments
* Liaising with insurance companies
* Requesting documentation from customers
The skills & qualities needed to be a Sales Advisor:
* Some customer service experience - either office based, over the phone or in person
* An excellent telephone manner and confidence in picking up the phone to speak to people
* Good IT skills - ability to learn new systems
* Can follow a script
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Calm under pressure
* Can work alone and with a team
