Description

Role: Part-Time Receptionist

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Thursday and Friday, 8am until 5pm

16 hours a week

Salary: GBP10,483.00 per annum

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our client s friendly and professional team.

We are supporting a well-established, professional organisation that prides itself on delivering a high level of service to its customers and visitors. They offer a welcoming working environment and are now looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their business.

Duties of a Part-Time Receptionist:

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers

Answering and redirecting incoming calls in a professional and timely manner

Welcoming guests, managing the visitor log and issuing passes where required

Monitoring and responding to emails to the general inbox

Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries

Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready for use

Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable at all times

Providing general administrative support to the wider team (e.g. filing, scanning, data entry)

Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office

What we would like from you:

Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or customer-facing administrative role

A professional, courteous and confident telephone manner

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and switchboard/phone systems

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help others

Reliable, punctual and able to commit to part-time hours each week
