Customer Service Advisor Rolling Contract
Solihull, Birmingham
GBP12.50 per hour
Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm
No weekends, no evenings, no shifts!
Are you friendly, patient and great at solving problems? We re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy, professional team in Solihull on an ongoing rolling contract (perfect if you want stability without being tied into a permanent role).
What you ll be doing:
Handling inbound customer enquiries (phone, email & live chat)Resolving queries quickly and efficientlyProviding excellent service with a smile (even when it s over the phone!)Updating systems and keeping accurate records What you need:
