Description
Cedar & Vale Customer Operations is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to support a busy multichannel service team in east London.
You will run daily team briefings, manage workloads across telephone, email and live chat, monitor service quality and resolve complex customer cases. You will use performance data to identify coaching needs and work with operational colleagues to remove recurring causes of contact.
The successful candidate will have experience leading a customer-facing team, good judgement under pressure and a fair, practical coaching style. Familiarity with CRM systems, quality assurance and complaint handling is expected.
