Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Operative

Location: Droitwich

Hours: 20 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 13:30-17:30)

Pay: £12.52/hour (£13,021.06 per annum)

No weekends, evenings, or overtime

Are you a detail-oriented, people-focused professional looking for a part-time role in a dynamic transport environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Operative to join our client's busy and friendly team in Droitwich, on a part time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Customer Service Manager with daily operations

* Ensure drivers have correct paperwork for deliveries (including and health & safety compliance)

* Communicate professionally with drivers, hauliers, customers, and internal teams

* Perform general office admin and support the Goods-In office

* Maintain accurate records and resolve queries efficiently

What We're Looking For:

* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

* Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks

* Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus

* Willingness to learn in-house systems (full training provided)

Location: Please note that our client is situated in a countryside location without immediate public transport links, so you'll need to arrange your travel to work.
