We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a prestige expanding accident repair centre in Dorking as a Bodyshop Service Advisor. With opportunities to enhance your skillset, develop your manufacturer understandings, create a pathway for your progression and enhance your earnings.

What you ll be doing?

You will be carrying out duties such as; Customer updates, Liaising with internal departments, managing fleet allocation etc. What s more, you will be the face of the business so will be setting the standards with manufacturer guidelines.

You might be wondering what skills you need?

You will need a background of Customer Service or Motor Trade Service/ Bodyshop Advisor role. Experience using Autoflow is desirable, but not essential
