We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Service Advisor to join our client's team in Cardiff. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading UK manufacturer, retailer, and reseller of trailers and towing products. The successful individual will become an integral part of a friendly and professional team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Promote and sell trailers, parts, and towing accessories face-to-face and over the telephoneServe customers efficiently at the trade counter, on-site or remotelyProvide expert advice on trailers, services, and towing accessoriesManage trailer hire and towbar fitting orders, updating the schedule accordinglyCoordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth operationsManage stock ordering, shelving, and presentation to maximise customer interestMaintain displays to ensure they are attractive and up-to-dateAssist with small trailer assembly and servicing of hire fleet, when requiredBuild and strengthen customer relationships to encourage repeat business and sales growthRequirements of the Sales & Service Advisor:
