Work from Home: Customer Service Advisor
Days: Monday-Friday (40hrs per week)
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Salary: GBP24,960

About the Customer Service Advisor role:
Answering customer queries either via phone or on one of our e-Commerce channels.
Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers.
Use in house systems to check stock and place orders as and when required.
Accurately process returns, refunds and exchanges.
Management of live chat.
General customer service jobs.
Working closely with the team to develop ideas and put new systems in place.
Work with our suppliers to ensure orders are efficiently fulfilled.
About Customer Service Advisor:
We are looking for someone who is multi-skilled with the willingness to learn and develop within a role. You will be confident in your approach to customer service and proactive with finding solutions to issues that may arise. We have lots of progression routes available so a need to progress & improve is essential. We want you to gain first class business experience from a hands on role. Surrounded by some of the most experienced business people, this role is certain to help you gain experience within business development and customer service. We reward hard work and show appreciation throughout, every Radiator King Team member is important to us. Full training and support will be offered throughout.
The Customer Service Advisor key qualities we are looking for are -
Ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence when dealing with any potential issues and ability to find solutions.
Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail.
