Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining strong client relationships Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring swift and effective resolution Handling customer communication via phone and email Updating and maintaining weekly reports and spreadsheets Accurate data entry and general administrative support Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations Supporting the service team with day-to-day tasks About You:
