Job description

An exciting opportunity has risen within Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire. We're looking for a motivated, friendly person to join our Customer Experience Team at Pembrokeshire's only local, family-run holiday letting agency.

This varied and rewarding role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering a top-tier guest experience. You'll help our guests find the perfect holiday cottage, support property owners, coordinate with contractors, and handle day-to-day bookings and issues.

You'll also manage your own portfolio of properties, build lasting relationships with owners, and play a key role in maintaining quality standards across our cottage collection.

Key Responsibilities

Guide guests to find the ideal cottage to match their needs

Manage a portfolio of owners/properties as their main point of contact

Deliver exceptional customer service to both guests and owners

Oversee bookings and coordinate any issues during guest stays

Organise maintenance and support the wider Property Management team

Liaise with caretakers, contractors, and owners

Sell and arrange extras such as hampers, private dining, and experiences

Conduct cottage visits and quality inspections

Work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week with a weekday off in lieu

What We're Looking For

A motivated, organised individual with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a professional, personable manner

Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks

Sales experience or customer service background is helpful-but not essential

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

A full, clean UK driving licence

Flexible availability, particularly on weekends
