Description
Hi, I’m Lorraine, founder of Thoughtscape Therapy in Hitchin.
I’m a trauma-informed, pluralistic psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people, both face-to-face in Hitchin and online across the UK.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. There’s no rigid formula. We work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and find a way forward that feels manageable and meaningful.
Clients often come to me feeling anxious, low in confidence, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or carrying experiences that still feel unresolved. I provide a calm, respectful and grounded space where you can explore whatever you’re carrying at your own pace.
Alongside psychotherapy and counselling, I also offer hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and neurofeedback for those who prefer or benefit from a mind-body approach.
I offer a free 15 minute introductory call so we can see if we feel like the right fit.
Sessions are £65 for 50 minutes.
