Description
Hi, My name is Emi. I’m currently studying sound therapy and looking for volunteers for my case studies.
I’m offering 4 free 1-to-1 sessions (1.5 hours each, 1 per week for 4 weeks). The sessions take place at my home Aldershot and use instruments like drums, Himalayan singing bowls, and passive voice to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and improve sleep.
Sound therapy can also help with:
• Physical pain relief
• Grounding and emotional balance
• Energizing the body and mind
• Reducing anxiety and tension
If you’re interested or would like more details, feel free to send me a private message.
