He addresses the dynamics of personal sadhana (our practice) in a comprehensive, yet simple way -
Continually speaking to the utmost importance of a commitment in one's Sadhana with a compassionate & a fun absoluteness.
A great deal of the path lays here.

His personal scope is that he has been a 10+ year meditator, sitting in formal practice for multiple hours each day.
Attending regular silent-retreat and studying with a variety of master teachers.

Alongside navigating deep seated trauma which provoked an overstimulated / over-burdened nervous system throughout his both his childhood & adult and life; the healing of which has cultivated a depth of perspective, perception and knowledge about the path we face as sensetive spiritual, human beings.

Now serves through guidance in the various communities he finds himself whilst following the grace of life's intelligence; currently residing in South India (for time zone consideration).

There is a sliding scale of:
£20 - £60
*per hour-long session.

*Ultimately no one will be turned away for lack of funds, if there is a sincere desire and connection with the guidance.
