Description

Therapy with Lula is an online therapy practice for adults navigating grief, loss, relationships and life’s inevitable changes. I work with clients across the UK and internationally.

Life experiences shape and mould us. Sometimes through death of a loved one, a relationship break up, changes in health, family, moving home or simply finding ourselves in a place we had never imagined. When what’s in front of us no longer feels familiar, we can lose touch with the world and ourselves.

This can feel really lonely, confusing, exhausting, overwhelming (or all of these simultaneously).

When these changes leaves us feeling helpless, even powerless, it’s easy to forget we can still make choices.

Therapy can support you in gently recognising, “Oh, I do have a choice”. Not over what’s happened but how you would like to move forward, what matters to you now and the life you’d like to build alongside your grief. Therapy with me is a space to understand yourself and your experiences more deeply, get curious and reconnect with your desires and your values. I will meet you where you’re at and welcome the whole you, with warmth, honesty and total compassion.

Lula is the first therapist I’ve seen long-term, and she’s made it such a good experience. She made me feel very comfortable right away and is always so encouraging. She’s also provided lots of resources for me to try in between sessions which I have always found helpful. I highly recommend meeting with her!

I was very nervous about starting therapy, as I didn’t really know what to expect and the thought of opening up to someone felt quite intimidating. But from the very first session, Tallulah was warm and welcoming, and made me feel completely safe to share my experiences. The support and encouragement have been incredible, and I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made so far. I would happily recommend Tallulah, she’s thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely kind. I’m really glad to have found her.

I had never been to any therapy session before so I didn't know what to expect but Lula really put me at ease. I felt comfortable sharing everything with her. She has helped me on my path with grief and made me realise that I wasn't going crazy despite thinking that before starting. Lula was an un-biased ear who I could talk to. It's obviously a terrible reason why I needed to go looking for someone like Lula but I'm so glad I found her to help me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know going through something similar.

Tallulah was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout all of my sessions. She showed genuine interest in the way I was feeling and always remembered to ask about specific topics from previous sessions. I found our sessions really useful mainly for talking through my thoughts and, with Tallulah’s help, understanding why I was having those thoughts. Tallulah’s persona and approach made me feel comfortable to speak about certain things and she always knew when to probe further so that we could get the most out of our sessions. Lula really is amazing! With her I feel I have such a safe place to be able to talk and open up which is so important, she is so easy to talk to. She is so understanding and very flexible when it comes to moving sessions which is so appreciated.
