Description
I provide counselling and coaching for individuals and couples, with more than 10 years’ experience helping people navigate relationships, marriage, communication difficulties, self-esteem, confidence and periods of personal change.
I am also very experienced in more complicated concerns such as domestic abuse, improving sexual relationships, divorce or separation, male suicide, veterans and grief and loss counselling.
I am also experienced in working with clients of a variety of different backgrounds and orientations including Muslim, same sex, LGBTQ+ etc.
My approach is practical, compassionate and insight-focused.
Rather than simply addressing the immediate symptom, I help clients understand the underlying patterns, beliefs and relationship dynamics that may be keeping them stuck, so that we can work towards meaningful and lasting change.
