Description
I am a mental health professional who has been counselling individuals for a year now. I am qualified in dealing with addiction, stress, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, amongst other things. I am a caring, responsible, understanding, empathetic individual who wants to help in any way I can. I have an educational background working for my local council in multiple nurseries for pre-5 children and a couple of schools. I am also a Roots of Empathy instructor, where I taught a class of school children how to help each other instead of bullying.
