Hello, I'm Cheryl – a certified life coach and accredited therapist. Through the application of cognitive behavioral therapy and a diverse toolkit, I've effectively steered individuals away from their darkest moments toward a more luminous future. My role involves providing the necessary guidance to realign those who have temporarily lost their way.

In 2018, a breast cancer diagnosis prompted a transformative decision at the age of 48. I embraced the opportunity to reshape my life in line with my inherent purpose. A redundancy from my previous job seemed like a cosmic signal compelling me to resurrect an old aspiration – that of becoming a life coach and therapist.

My belief is founded on the notion that each of us arrives on this Earth with a distinct purpose. Uncovering and then sharing that purpose with the world is the key. Throughout my life, an underlying conviction has persisted: my mission revolves around aiding others in discovering their life paths. This conviction leads me to awaken daily, expressing gratitude to the universe for each new day.

Consequently, my life's mission is to reignite the fading embers within people, revitalizing their childhood dreams and aspirations. Far too often, these dreams recede as the demands of adulthood engulf us.
