Hello, My name is Chris and I am an accredited AltCoach.
I work with people from the Heavy Metal, Goth, Alternative, Pagan and Occult
communities. Really anyone who feels or has felt that they are an Outsider. I help my clients to navigate change in their lives.

I offer online coaching sessions for clients from all over the world dealing with mental health issues. You can text me directly via my verified number and I will arrange a quick chat to discuss your needs. In particular I coach those who are feeling 'stuck' with an issue. Perhaps you might have tried other therapies but nothing is really bringing about lasting change in your life?

Transpersonal coaching is a psychological and spiritual approach helping you towards your own solutions and to guide you through the tough time you are experiencing. However you don't need to be a 'spiritual' person to benefit and
coaching can still bring you positive long term change.

I have a great deal of experience coaching clients from all walks of life.

Chris has been amazing in helping me open up. The mindfulness and meditation in the middle of the session allows me to calm down and relax into the session. Chris helps me to think differently about my situations and also helps to motivate me. A great coach and couldn't recommend more.

The sessions with Chris were extremely helpful in widening and deepening my perspective of the life situation I was experiencing. I was able to communicate more effectively and more compassionately in situations that would otherwise have caused me to shut down or seek to escape.
