Description
I provide online CBT and Person Centred Approach for adult individuals and couples. I am based in Midlothian and work online exclusively. Being online enables me to help clients all over the UK from the comfort of their own home.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming sometimes but it is the first step towards feeling better.
Working online makes it easy and convenient. All you need is a good internet connection and a private place in order to ensure confidentiality. I am a qualified counsellor and accredited member of ACCPH.
I am happy to help with a variety of issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, anger, guilt, shame, self esteem issues, substance abuse, trauma, childhood neglect and trauma and so on.
Being a native French speaker, I can work both in English and French.
I offer 20 minutes free initial phone calls to discuss what you want to work on, my therapeutic approach and see if we are a good fit.
