Description

A leading national contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee social housing planned works and refurbishment projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region. Our client is a nationally recognised contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, regeneration, retrofit and property services projects across the UK.

Their Yorkshire business is well–established, with an impressive client portfolio and long–term framework agreements across the housing sector. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to strengthen their operational management team with the appointment of a Site Manager.

The business has a strong reputation for employee development, internal promotions and investing in people who demonstrate ambition and a desire to progress.

Description

Manage social housing planned works and refurbishment programmes.Lead subcontractors, direct labour and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.Ensure works are delivered on programme, within budget and to agreed quality standards.Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.Coordinate materials, resources and site logistics.Monitor project performance against programme milestones and KPIs.Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.Attend progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence across all projects.

Profile

Essential

Experience managing refurbishment, maintenance or planned works projects.Social housing, housing association or local authority experience.Experience leading site teams and subcontractors.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Strong Health & Safety knowledge.Full UK Driving Licence.SMSTS.CSCS Card.First Aid Qualification.
