Multi Skilled Tradesman/Handyman 2nd fix Expert Required

I am looking for a multi skilled handyman/tradesman to help me complete a project at one of my properties.

You would be working alongside me. I am qualified in domestic electrics and I have done a domestic gas engineering course. I also do carpentry, tiling, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms etc on my own.

You would be working on a self employed ad hoc basis.

You need to know how to lay electrical wires, chase sockets and fit metal boxes with plugs and screws. Some plumbing (no soldering required), know how to hang fire doors with neat cut outs for hinges and locks. Tiling. Laminate flooring. Siliconing properly with the tool and a spray bottle of dishwashing liquid mixed with water. Painting and decorating is taken care of. If you can plaster this is a big plus as its one skill that i sinply dont have. But you should be able to fill in and make good chases for new sockets.

The property is large hence my requirement for help.

I need 8 solid hours of work per day.

I have all tools.

Job is in Montpelier Bristol.

Contract length depends on whether I keep you on after a trial day or 3. Long term you can maintain the properties for me if happy.

Please enquire to me with you daily rate. And hourly rate as well if you can provide ad hoc maintenance services.

Please let me know if you have a full UK driving licence & own tools. Own tools are not necessary.
