What you'll be doingManaging resident queries via an online portalEnsuring fast, professional responses (KPI-driven)Coordinating with concierge, ops & property managersTracking requests through to resolutionProducing reports and identifying service improvementsKeeping systems, data, and communication fully up to dateWhat they're looking forExperience in residential property, BTR, or hospitalityStrong communication & customer service skillsHighly organised and proactiveComfortable using systems / CRM platformsSome exposure to property management or leases is a bonusThis is a hands-on coordination role (non-managerial) - ideal for someone looking to grow.
