Description
We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to support an estates team on a 3–month fixed–term contract in Croydon.
Rate: GBP210–GBP225 per day (equivalent of GBP54,000–GBP58,000)
Key responsibilities:
Deliver and manage multiple capital projects (including SCA and school projects) from inception to completionOversee budgets, timelines, procurement, and external consultantsEnsure compliance with property legislation and H&S across all projectsSupport estate condition, asset management, and capital planningLiaise with stakeholders including DfE, local authorities, and design teams Requirements:
Proven project management experience within the public sector (schools highly desirable)Strong stakeholder management and multi–project delivery experience Immediate start available.
