An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager with 2 years of experience in residential property management to join well-established estate and letting agency offering a comprehensive range of services for buying, selling, and renting properties.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of managed residential properties, ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and landlord relations.

This full-time role offers a salary range of GBP29,000 - GBP31,500 and benefits. They will also consider part-time candidates.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Residential Property Manager, Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Estates Manager, Portfolio Manger or in a similar role.At least 2 years of experience in residential property management.Have sound understanding of lettingsPossess experience of 2 years in customer service and property industryCustomer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationshipsFull UK driving licence What's on offer:
