A private family is seeking a discreet, reliable, and experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of one high–quality private residential property.

This role is ideal for a professional who is proactive, detail–oriented, and brings a positive can–do attitude, taking pride in maintaining a home to an exceptional standard while working independently in a trusted position.

Key Responsibilities:

Day–to–day oversight of the private residenceLeading and supervising refurbishment projects within the property, ensuring works are completed to the highest standard, on time, and in line with the family s expectationsProactive coordination and supervision of maintenance, repairs, and trusted service providersManaging contractors and ensuring high–quality workmanshipAttention to detail to ensure the property is always presented to an excellent standardHandling property–related administration, expenses, and basic reportingActing as a trusted point of contact for all property–related matters Requirements:

Proven experience in private property or estate managementStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProactive mindset with a hands–on, can–do attitudeHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and reliabilityAbility to work independently and take full ownership of the rolePC skills: MS Excel and MS WordFluency in English (additional languages an advantage)Valid driving licenceClean DBS check required What We Offer:
