Site Manager – Planned Works (Kitchens & Bathrooms)

The Role

As Site Manager, you will oversee the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied social housing properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day–to–day site operations, operatives, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, RAMS, PPE, and CSCS requirements. Monitor programme delivery, quality, productivity, and site standards. Maintain accurate records and project updates using company systems. Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service. Identify and escalate safeguarding, vulnerability, and H&S concerns. Ensure works comply with specifications, regulations, and company procedures. Support the successful delivery of projects alongside the Contracts and Project Managers. Essential Requirements

Previous experience managing Kitchen & Bathroom Planned Works programmes. Social Housing experience is essential. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and site compliance. Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors. Excellent resident liaison and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Full UK Driving Licence. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification. What We Offer
