As an Accounts Payable Clerk in the property industry, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role is key to keeping the accounts function running efficiently and supporting the wider finance team.

Description

Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders.Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies.Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Respond to supplier queries and resolve any issues effectively.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies.Assist with month–end processes, including accruals and reporting.Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Confidence with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers and colleagues.A proactive approach to problem–solving and meeting deadlines.Job Offer
