Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.Monitor project progress and control costs effectively.Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Analyse financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement.Assist with procurement and sourcing of materials and services.Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects.Profile

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

Proven experience in property, housing or facilities management industry.A strong understanding of cost management and budgeting principles.Knowledge of relevant regulations and contracts.Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.Job Offer
