Description
Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Contract Type: Temporary, Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary: GBP19.08 per hour (full time salary GBP26,780)
Grade: 2
Persona: Contractual hours to be worked from allocated site(s) in East London, with ad hoc office attendance as required

Join our Grounds Maintenance Team at L&Q:
We are seeking a Static Gardener/Grounds Maintenance Operative who is dedicated and easy–going individual to help maintain our schemes in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hedging, lawns, shrubs, and perennials, with the ability to organise and prioritise gardening tasks throughout the seasons and will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be IT literate.
