This is an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to join the social housing scene industry in Leeds on a temporary basis. The role requires a professional with expertise in construction to oversee and manage surveying tasks effectively.

Description

Conduct detailed surveys and inspections of properties within the Leeds area.Prepare accurate reports and documentation based on survey findings.Ensure all work complies with relevant construction regulations and standards.Provide technical advice and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.Monitor progress and quality of ongoing construction projects.Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.Identify and address any potential risks or issues during the survey process.Maintain accurate records and ensure data is securely stored.Profile

A successful Surveyor should have:

Professional qualifications or relevant training in construction or surveying.Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards.Experience conducting surveys and preparing detailed reports.Excellent problem–solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for surveying tasks.Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.Job Offer
