Description
My client, a well–established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on–site delivery. You ll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects independently from concept to completion Develop design and technical packages using AutoCAD Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors Prepare planning and building regulations submissions Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role Strong AutoCAD skills essential Proficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop advantageous Excellent communication and problem–solving abilities Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision This is an exciting opportunity to gain autonomy, responsibility, and long–term progression within a supportive team environment.
