I’ve leased 3 units in the Yard since 1993. This is one of two ground-floor rooms. Available for the first time since February 2022.

I'm passionate about keeping the Yards alive as a working creative community, and would love to see this space used as a craft workshop or artist's studio. The room is currently occupied by an artist until late October. Has been used by up to 5 people in the past. All of the furniture can be moved or removed to suit your needs.

What's Included

£1,250 pcm, fully inclusive of rent, business rates, gas, electricity, 400mb fibre broadband and a weekly cleaner. No VAT payable. Terms are one month's deposit plus one month in advance, with three months' notice either way.
